Our time and basic IT assistance are provided free of charge. However, we cannot guarantee that every problem can be solved.

•Large projects or ongoing IT support may fall outside the initiative.
•Please make sure important data is backed up before significant repairs or changes.
•Requests are assessed individually and assistance is subject to availability.
